PDF. Follow these guidelines

STREAMLINE your procedures and have images ready NOW and ahead of time.  Label your images so it is EASY for the person receiving them AND easy for them to search for your images at a later time.  More than likely the person receiving images is receiving a LOT of images. Make it very easy, clear, informative, and straightforward for whomever you are sending to. This will show your level of care, professionalism and that are you easy to work with. If they have to search for your images and you sent them labeled as “image_1” it does them no good. This is not informative to finding your images.  It is not easy to search at a later time. Label images ahead of time to be prepared. Being prepared will extend your clarity and professionalism. People want to work with professionals!

Each image need to be clearly marked with the needed information
